这些命令解决了我的问题：

sudo apt-get remove apache2 

sudo apt-get install apache2

注意：如果您purge用作另一个答案，您应该重新设置所有 Apache 配置，但是当您使用remove它时，它只会删除 Apache 的核心，安装后您不需要任何其他配置。

尝试两个命令：

sudo apt-get purge apache2 

sudo apt-get install apache2

之后使用 systemctl status apache2 检查你 apache 的状态
