通过 Ansible Pull 使用 Ansible 时，template指令的validate步骤无法找到%s.

有问题的template指令：

- name: place ssh config file

    src: etc/ssh/sshd_config
    dest: /etc/ssh/sshd_config
    owner: root
    group: root
    mode: 0644
    validate: 'sshd -t -f %s'

来自（Python 2.7 的 Pip）的 Ansible 1.9.4 或 2.0.0.2 会发生这种情况，并且仅在使用 Ansible Pull 时才会发生。ansible-playbook手动签出存储库后在本地运行可以正常工作。
