我曾经遇到过同样的问题，所以我尝试通过 TLS 进行连接，并且成功了。这是我邮件程序的输出：

我正在使用 phpmailer ( https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/ )，所以您应该尝试连接到主机：tls://smtp.gmail.com:587。
