如果我取消注释 rewrite 或 proxy_redirect 指令，则没有任何反应 - 请求被转发到 node.js，我得到 404。

如果我使用这样的多个位置指令：

您rewrite在一个单独的位置块中，应该使用last而不是break（有关详细信息，请参阅此内容）：

proxy_redirect不重写请求，它重写来自上游的 3xx 响应。有关详细信息，请参阅此。

我看不出你的任何一种rewrite方法有什么问题，除非正则表达式当然是错误的。您可以尝试rewrite_log on;逐步添加以记录重写。有关详细信息，请参阅此。
