tabLayout.addTab(tabLayout.newTab().setText("OPEN"));
tabLayout.setSelectedTabIndicatorColor(Color.RED);//set tab indicator color
tabLayout.setTabTextColors(ColorStateList.valueOf(Color.BLACK));//set tab text color
