当前用户对文件夹没有权限/Users/[username]/Library/LaunchAgents。

使用以下命令解决此问题：

$ sudo chown $(whoami) /Users/$(whoami)/Library/LaunchAgents

确保/Users/username/Library和/Users/username/Library/LaunchAgents由 和 拥有username并具有正确的权限；这是我的样子：

$ ls -ld ~/Library

$ ls -ld ~/Library/LaunchAgents
