不确定这是否仍然是一个问题，但来自 requirejs 优化器文档（http://requirejs.org/docs/optimization.html）：

优化器只会组合在传递给顶层 require 和 define 调用的字符串文字数组中指定的模块，或者在简化的 CommonJS 包装中组合 require('name') 字符串文字调用。所以，它不会找到通过变量名加载的模块......

听起来 requirejs 优化器不喜欢使用作为依赖数组的变量进行的 require 调用。

听起来 requirejs 优化器也不喜欢在被优化的实际文件中使用require([依赖数组], callback ) 的语法。

您可能必须在dev/app.js中重构您的依赖声明以符合此规范。例如，您可以使用以下步骤 1 和 2 的重构：
