这是标准的 Tridion 行为。Content Porter 将尝试在 DEV 环境的子发布中创建一个共享项目，然后它会找到一个具有相同名称的项目，它会抛出唯一性异常。

您可以在 dev 上重命名本地项目，然后运行导入。
