只需使用add_custom_commandTARGET的流程:

add_custom_command(TARGET ${PROJECT_NAME} POST_BUILD
    COMMAND arm-none-eabi-size --format=berkeley "rtos_clion.elf")

该命令将在(重新)构建可执行文件后执行。
