直到“db.ApplyPropertyChanges”行，一切似乎都正常，我得到了错误：

我注意到传递到编辑视图的模型包含相关表中的集合（例如 CountryID 中的国家集合），但是当模型从视图返回时，它仅包含“ServciceSchedule”表中的 PK ID，没有相关收藏品。
