是的。相同的渲染器用于渲染下拉列表和组合框中的选定项。当“渲染器索引”为 -1 时，选定的值为渲染器，因此您可以根据需要自定义渲染。就像是：

渲染中似乎有 3 个与显示图像和文本相关的函数调用：

setIcon setText setFont

我没有编译这个例子，但我会尝试注释掉 setIcon(icon); 从函数 getListCellRendererComponent 因为这似乎显示所选项目的图像。

如果将其注释掉会破坏代码，那么我会尝试用空白图像或其他东西作为解决方法覆盖。
