这里的关键是定义一个没有输入的外部任务，哪些输出是您在 S3 中已经拥有的那些文件。Luigi 文档在要求另一个任务中提到了这一点：

请注意， requires() 不能返回 Target 对象。如果您有一个在外部创建的简单 Target 对象，则可以将其包装在 Task 类中
