阅读Rugged 的​​安装说明，您可以看到 CMake 和pkg-config都是必需的。查看您的错误消息，您的系统上似乎未安装 CMake。

如果您使用的是Homebrew，您可以通过运行安装它

brew install cmake

或者您可以按照这些说明从源代码安装它。
