您需要确保cucumber-java依赖版本与该版本匹配cucumber-core。代替：

   <dependency>
        <groupId>info.cukes</groupId>
        <artifactId>cucumber-java</artifactId>
        <version>1.1.3</version>

    </dependency>

和：

   <dependency>
        <groupId>info.cukes</groupId>
        <artifactId>cucumber-java</artifactId>

        <scope>test</scope>
    </dependency>
