我和我的一个客户有一些问题。我已经构建（未设计）一个电子邮件模板供他们与创建/发送一起使用。我已经使用了 Create/Send 的设计测试服务，一切都按预期进行。但是，当客户端在 Outlook 2003 中查看电子邮件时，缺少文本格式（请参阅屏幕截图）。

文档头部的 CSS 非常少，当然也没有什么会产生这种影响，因为大部分样式都是内联完成的。

有没有人有任何想法？

您的样式表被忽略（这是 Outlook 中的预期行为）。将它们转换为内联样式，您就完成了！上次我检查时，Gmail 也忽略了样式表，所以你最好不要使用它们。

删除字体的样式并使用<font>标签。例如

<td style="color: #ffffff; font-size: 11px; padding-left: 10px; padding-bottom: 5px;" colspan="4"><$description default=''$></td>

变成：

<td style="padding-left: 10px; padding-bottom: 5px;" colspan="4"><font color="#ffffff" size="11px"><$description default=''$></font></td>

从那以后，我发现客户端拥有的 Outlook 版本使用安装了任何版本的 IE 的渲染引擎。在这种情况下，它是 IE6！我已经测试并修改了模板，现在一切都很好。
