将您的调用移回 twitter get 函数中。然后,您的回调将在从 twitter api 成功获取时被调用。您还可以访问数据对象。您可能还想添加一个失败案例并包含一个 context.fail()。

如果需要,您还可以在 AWS 控制台的配置选项卡下更新超时参数。它在高级设置下。此外,在调试时将 Alexa 排除在外并让 twitter api 部分首先工作通常很有用。
