我可以通过手动向企业存档添加额外资源来解决我的问题。通常，流程定义中引用的所有资源都会自动添加到企业归档中，但对于 SmartSockets 调色板，SmartSockets 消息类型定义不包含在企业归档中。

经验教训：当进程在 Designer 的测试模式下正常工作，但在 Tibco Administrator 中不能正常工作时，首先检查 ear 文件，是否所有资源都包含在其中。
