我最终发现了问题，似乎我的应用程序中没有初始化上下文。我在 web.xml 中添加了以下行并且它有效

<context-param>
    <param-name>contextConfigLocation</param-name>
    <param-value>classpath*:META-INF/spring/applicationContext*.xml</param-value>
</context-param>

如果您的应用程序不是 Web 应用程序，我假设使用 ClassPathXmlApplicationContext 初始化上下文应该适合您。
