我试图解决这个问题，heroku ps:scale web=1但结果如下。

有人可以帮助解决这个问题吗？我使用 conda 来制作虚拟环境，但有可能导致这种情况吗？

这让我觉得你提供的项目结构不正确。正如你所指出的，你真的有Procfile根吗？Heroku 认为你有procfile. 我建议重命名procfile为Procfile.
