从基础列表中删除数据，而不是过滤/排序列表：

FileModel selectedItem = fileTable.getSelectionModel().getSelectedItem();
if (selectedItem != null) {
    mainApp.getFileData().remove(selectedItem);
}

SortedList 和 FilteredList 从不支持remove(index)的 AbstractList 继承 remove 方法。您必须从源列表中删除对象（mainApp.getFileData()）由于所选索引可能不是源列表中的正确索引（过滤后），因此有一种方法可以在源列表中获取正确的索引

sortedData.getSourceIndexFor(mainApp.getFileData(), selectedIndex);

因此，您应该将代码更改为

  int selectedIndex = fileTable.getSelectionModel().getSelectedIndex();
  if (selectedIndex >= 0) {
