现在问题已经解决了。我的 python 变量存在一些问题，我已将其设置为其他目录。一旦设置了 python 变量，它就会在我的 Visual Studio 中引发一些错误，说找不到“stdio.h”。我不得不修复我的 Visual Studio 安装，因为我认为 C++ 核心库存在一些问题。之后Oracledb安装成功。这样的解脱！
