在您的应用程序文件中，您有以下行：

  {mod, { iqServer_app, []}},

这意味着在启动应用程序时，应该调用模块start/2中的函数。iqServer_app但是，您的应用程序回调模块被调用iqServer。更改应用程序文件中的模块名称，或重命名模块。
