服务对象的构造函数需要访问 WSDL。而且它不支持开箱即用的基本身份验证。您可以选择下载 wsdl 文件并在本地使用它。另一种选择是使用默认身份验证器：

请注意，您没有使用 CXF。您正在使用 JDK 中内置的 JAX-WS 参考实现。

使用 CXF，您可以对所有内容使用 Spring 配置，而无需设置默认的 Authenticator。请参阅以下页面：
