你可以用 jQuery 做到这一点：

    $( 'a[href^="//"],a[href^="http"]' )
    .not( '[href*="' + window.location.hostname + '"]' )
    .attr('target', '_blank');
});

这将找到任何不是相对链接的链接（因此，任何可能出站的链接），然后删除那些实际指向您自己网站的链接，并将剩下的那些目标设置为空白。
