根据文档“需要这些__init__.py文件才能使 Python 将目录视为包含包”。Numpy 文档中的 setup.py 不会创建此文件，因此 Python 不会导入任何内容，因为它会忽略此目录。

解决方法：只需在目录中添加一个空__init__.py文件 /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/npufunc_directory，例如用sudo touch __init__.py然后试试：

>>> from npufunc_directory import npufunc
>>> npufunc.logit(.5)
0.0

或者，添加import npufunc到__init__.py然后您可以执行以下操作：

>>> import npufunc_directory
>>> npufunc_directory.npufunc.logit(0.5)
0.0
