BrowserStack 的支持回复了我。我必须对 env.rb 有另一个像这样的配置属性：

config['browserstack.local'] = true

现在我唯一的问题是，我们编写的功能似乎都不适用于 IE。所以我可以在 browserstack 上测试 chrome 或 firefox，但我已经设置了该功能。
