我认为问题在于模型没有导入。当你这样做时:

from app import db

您触发了 SQLAlchemy 对象的创建,但未注册模型。所以 thendb.create_all()认为没有要创建的表。

如果您导入模型,那么它们将向数据库对象注册自己。这可能看起来很奇怪,因为您实际上并不需要直接使用模型,但这是数据库对象了解它们的唯一方式。
