我最终使用 BitmapFactory 来设置图像，因为我没有找到任何方法将 volley 与 remoteViews 一起使用：

    @Override protected void onPostExecute(Bitmap result) {

         notificationContentView.setImageViewBitmap(R.id.thumbnailNotification , result);

new NotificationImageAsyncTask().execute("Image URL");
