通过查看源文件名被传递到WindowsFileMgr::fileOpenWindowsFileMgr.cpp中，这似乎并不需要 URI。

运行上面的代码可能会给出错误 - 'DOMDocument' : ambiguous symbol，在这种情况下，将 DOMDocument 替换为 xercesc::DOMDocument 因为在 msxml.h 标头中还定义了一个 DOMDocument 类，这会导致歧义。
