在我看来，我会说第二个是最好的，纯粹是因为它更通用，因此无需更新即可扩展。

我将 XML 视为代码与其他代码块进行通信的一种机制，因此该结构应该反映最适合代码的内容，而不必具有任何便于人类阅读的结构。对我来说，第一个 XML 看起来像是为人类而不是计算机编写的，而第二个 XML 更符合数据库存储信息的方式：即选择 target == for-him 和 catagory == men 的行-衬衫。

在性能方面，我想它们是等价的，因为您可能会发现两者的代码相同，因为第一个 XML 实际上使用的是元素名称而不是名称属性。如果您的代码可以扩展以准备在第一种情况下添加新元素，则情况尤其如此。

如果您有大量数据，请考虑将其存储在数据库中，而不是像 sqlite 那样使用反映您的第二个 XML 的模式。然后，您可以为任何客户端将查询结果导出为 XML 或 JSON。
