事实证明，这是 Windows 7 主机上的一个常见“问题”，带有任何带有专用网络的 vagrant box。

Windows 主机用户帐户需要具有管理员权限。

VirtualBox 5 中有一个已知的错误 #14040。更新到Vbox 5.0.9对我有用。
