好吧，我是个假人。只需要复制stdint.h到C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\include而不是复制到每个抱怨的文件的路径。此外，我注释掉了WCHAR_MINstdint.h 中的声明以避免大量关于重新声明它的警告。

然后使用configure原题中的说法，Qt5.4.0搭建成功，包括qtwebkit！花了 11 个小时来构建，但它成功了！
