I'm new to django and trying to create a Homepage. But I've already problems with the database setup. When I run 

python manage.py migrate

I get this error

I'm using python-3.4, django-1.7.4 and for the SQL connection mysql-connector-python-2.0.2. For this project I've created a virtual environment with the python 3 venv. I host this project on github: https://github.com/pkreker/p_kreker

由于错误标题没有指定“Django”，我预计许多 Python 3 新手会在这里结束。请注意，“bytearray”的可散列/不可变对应物是“bytes”类型。

我认为这很可能是 mysql-connector-python 中的一个错误 - 它是否支持 Django 1.7.4？如果您使用 sqlite 运行它，您的代码可以正常工作。

如果项目在旧版本的 Django 上，例如 1.11.16，请通过调用.decode("utf-8") introspection.py 文件中的方法尝试显式解码。

我今天有这个错误。我已经创建了我的数据库作为utf8_bin排序规则，我认为这是它的原因。删除数据库，重新创建utf8_general_ci，运行迁移，它工作正常。
