Cookie 保存在会话中。所以

self.app.set_user(user=None)
self.app.reset()

应该取消设置用户并清除客户端会话（包括 cookie）。这样您就可以模拟浏览器重启。

http.StopableWSGIServer.shutdown()停止我认为服务器端（wsgi=server-app connection）。
