Spark 尝试序列化连接对象,以便它可以在执行器内部使用,这肯定会失败,因为反序列化的 db 连接对象无法授予另一个范围(甚至计算机)的读/写权限。可以通过尝试广播连接对象来重现该问题。对于这种情况,序列化 i/o 对象时出现问题。

通过连接到地图函数内的数据库,该问题得到了部分解决。由于 map 函数中每个 RDD 元素的连接太多,我不得不切换到分区处理以将 db 连接从 20k 减少到大约 8-64(基于分区数)。Spark 开发人员应考虑为执行程序创建一个初始化函数/脚本,以避免此类死胡同问题。

所以假设我让每个节点都执行了这个init函数,那么每个节点都会连接到数据库(一些conn池,或者单独的zookeeper节点),因为init函数和map函数将共享相同的范围,那么问题就来了消失了,因此您编写的代码比我找到的解决方法更快。在执行结束时,spark 将释放/卸载这些定义的变量,程序将结束。
