这是解决方案：

环境变量在 travis 环境中可用，但我需要为工作服任务注入它。

这意味着添加-DTRAVIS_JOB_ID=$TRAVIS_JOB_ID以使其在 pom.xml 中可用

travis.yml 中的最后一行：

- mvn clean -DTRAVIS_JOB_ID=$TRAVIS_JOB_ID cobertura:cobertura coveralls:report
