玩了一点之后，看起来使用更新版本的 Spring 解决了这个问题。

我最初使用的是 3.1.1.RELEASE，这是 STS 在创建 Spring MVC 项目时默认使用的。我将 pom 更改为 4.0.0.RELEASE，一切正常。
