Windows XP 不支持 Windows 标识框架。

根据文档，WIF 要求：

  • Microsoft Windows Vista SP1、Windows 7或 Microsoft Windows Server 2008（32 位/64 位）
  • Microsoft Internet 信息服务 (IIS) 7.0
  • 微软 .NET 框架 3.5 SP1
  • Windows 身份基础
  • Microsoft Visual Studio® 2008 SP1

另外需要两个示例：
* Microsoft Visual Studio 的 Windows Azure 工具
* ASP.NET MVC 1.0
