gruntjs - After Yeoman scaffolding, "grunt serve" not working

Question

I followed the Yeoman tutorial to the T yet it doesn't work for me.

I'm getting this error:

Any ideas why I am getting this error and how to overcome it?

执行npm installand bower install，成功完成后重试grunt serve。
