即使您添加了使用它最有可能没有对 Microsoft.Reporting dll 的引用。您需要在生成此错误的项目中添加对 Microsoft.Reporting dll 的引用。我通常使用VS中的解决方案资源管理器并右键单击项目->添加引用。
