您正在运行什么版本的 Spotfire？

如果您有权访问 Spotfire 日志，则应该有一个 server.log 和一个 sql.log。

您应该能够在 sql.log 中识别 Spotfire 正在执行的确切查询 - 因为它失败了，所以它应该与您的用户 ID、信息链接名称一起出现，并且应该被标记为已取消。

确切的数据库错误应该在 server.log 中，其时间戳对应于 sql.log 取消时间戳。

您是否有权访问数据库日志，因为我认为这可能会有所帮助。有一个类似的帖子，其分辨率基于权限的修改。Spotfire 通过可能没有 db 权限的用户访问 db，我不是在谈论您提供和验证的 db 用户，而是更多关于 Spotfire 使用的 .NET 用户。
