我们的安装说明已经过时了。首先，您应该使用二进制安装程序，除非您有充分的理由不使用 Windows。在这里，您链接的 ATLAS 与构建 numpy 本身的 ATLAS 不同，这不太可能正常工作（numpy 和 scipy 将使用不同版本的 atlas）。

假设您有充分的理由自己构建它，您可以在我们的 repo 的供应商目录中获取我们在二进制安装程序中使用的 atlas 二进制文件。
