默认情况下，apache 现在已关闭 .htaccess。

在/etc/apache2/apache2.conf你应该能够找到类似于

<Directory /var/www/>
  Options Indexes FollowSymLinks
  AllowOverride None
  Require all granted
</Directory>

将其更改为

AllowOverride All

然后重新启动apache，它应该可以工作。

sites-enabled如果您愿意，您也可以在文件夹中逐个站点覆盖

有不止一次的地方 AllowOverride None，搜索 AllowOverride

问题是我将.htaccess文件放入其中，/var/www/而我DocumentRoot的网站指向不同的目录。将.htaccess文件移动到该文件夹​​解决了这个问题。
