我通过在 /etc/environment 中设置正确的语言环境信息解决了这个问题：

LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8
LANG=en_US.UTF-8
LANGUAGE=en_US.UTF-8

登出，登入。之后sudo apt-get install build-essential libxml-parser-perl expect 和sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales

然后重新安装infinidb。
