添加这个。可能您的本地 ssl 证书未验证：

curl_easy_setopt(hnd,  CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER, 0);

它告诉它忽略检查证书是否有效。有一种更安全和更复杂的方法来执行此操作，但这至少可以查明错误并使其运行。

curl_easy_setopt(hnd, CURLOPT_CAPATH, "/etc/ssl/certs");

根据日志，当您在命令行中执行curl时，使用CApath: /etc/ssl/certs。相反，当使用 libcurl 执行此操作时，它会检查其他内容。
