您的问题没有显示您如何启动编译。RInside 依赖于 R 和 Rcpp，因此使用了一个中等复杂的 Makefile。但如果你只是这样的话，事情应该会奏效。在我的 Ubuntu 14.04 系统上，并使用 RInside 的 git repo 中的代码，该代码与您从 CRAN 获得的软件包一起安装：
