connectionString = 'DRIVER={FreeTDS};SERVER=10.1.3.230;PORT=1433;DATABASE=HD;UID=django;PWD=password123!;TDS_Version=7.2;'

您需要明确指定 TDS 版本。查看您可以在此处使用的不同 TDS 版本，到 2014 年为止，7.2 已在每个 SQL Server 上为我工作了 2008+：
