我个人避免完全删除任何系统按钮。我认为更好的方法就是隐藏它们。使用 Visual Ribbon Editor 甚至不可能完全删除它们。我假设您已经通过手动修改 RibbonDiffXml 删除了它们，但现在您正尝试使用 Visual Ribbon Editor（或 Ribbon Workbench）将它们取回。

在这种情况下，我会去下载 Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 SDK。在 SDK 中有 Resources\ExportedRibbonXml 文件夹，其中包含 CRM 2013 附带的所有系统实体的 RibbonDiffXml 定义。也许您可以按照您喜欢的方式从那里复制定义。
