该svn命令是一个客户端。它使用多种协议（http(s)://、svn:// 和 file:///）与 Subversion服务器通信。

Repos.open是一个存储库函数（例如，很像 svnadmin）。它直接在数据库上运行，不使用客户端协议与服务器通信。
