实际上我认为 Maven Compiler Plugin 3.0 和 3.1 中存在一个错误，因为对我来说它适用于插件版本 2.5.1。自 3.1 中引入以来，增量编译似乎被破坏了，或者相应的开关useIncrementalCompilation的含义意外地被颠倒了。有趣的是，设置它的值来false解决我的情况。降级到 2.5.1 也可以。在这两种情况下，我都需要将 AspectJ Maven 插件的阶段更改为process-sources用户@Gus 链接到的问题中所述。
